Tetromino, 2012

A working font developed character by character each in a game of Tetris. When the game reached 'game over' so did the designing of the font character. In total Nick undertook well over 50 games of Tetris to complete the font, each one ending in a game over (as will always be the case in Tetris).

Also produced was a laser-sintered 3D print as part of Neoreplicants at Exeter Phoenix in 2012. Rather than displaying the anti-gravity effect of the game, the 3D print teetered on collapse, bringing to the fore the true gravitas of being designed for the real world.
