The Hotel of Paper Thin Walls is a publication created for Paul Carter for his exhibitions at Exeter Phoenix and the Angus Hughes Gallery, London. Comprising a series of the artist's sketches printed using a risograph onto paper from the artist's own studio and containing loose photographs from the studio itself it offers a glimpse into the artist's practice.

Along with the publication Nick created an essay reflecting on his experience of Paul's practice during the making of the book.
